Hugh is a Vice President with more than 30 years of magazine, advertising agency and research supplier experience. Recognized for his unique ability to cross business disciplines and create new products, Hugh's primary responsibility at Ipsos is to manage the development and execution of BE:USA, a media survey of the United States' business elite.
Prior to joining Ipsos, Hugh was the Managing Director of the MARS pharmaceutial study, a media currency in the pharma business. Hugh developed the study from its inception, as well as oversaw all aspects of the product launch including packaging, pricing, promotion and marketing. Previous to that, Hugh was the Vice President of Research and Marketing at The New York Times Co. Magazine Group, which had 21 consumer titles such as Family Circle and Golf Digest. Hugh also consulted for M2 Magazine Metrics where he developed a new media research measurement system.
