Donna heads up the client service team in the San Francisco office and has spent the past 10 years in market research working with a variety of clients in the Technology space, primarily in the consumer electronics area. She has worked on brand optimization, concept testing and market segmentation. In addition, much of her experience has been in the retail sector helping buyers and manufacturers understand how market data impacts product development, strategic planning and merchandising.
Before that she spent several years on the client side working in the marketing department for a large consumer product company. Her combined experience in research, marketing and the retail sector make her a valuable consultant on how to link research to strategy and make data actionable.
Donna holds an MS in Communications Management from Simmons College.
